** APOG expects to substantially mitigate the impact of tariffs in H2

** Sees FY adj eps in range of $3.80 to $4.20 vs prior forecast of $3.55 to $4.10

** Reports Q1 net sales of $346.6 mln above analysts average estimate of $325.5 mln, according to data provided by LSEG

** Posts Q1 adj EPS of $0.56 vs analysts average estimate of $0.47

** Co says FY outlook includes projected unfavorable EPS impact from tariffs of $0.35-$0.45
