    ** Reports Q4 net loss of 67 cents per share, narrower than
$1.65 per share a year earlier
    ** Posts Q4 net sales of $328 mln, higher than $308.6 mln a
year earlier
    ** Expects 2023 profit of $2.9 to $3.3 per share
    ** Up to last close, stock had fallen ~4% YTD
