UK's easyJet rises after setting shareholder vote on Apollo takeover

** Shares of British budget airline easyJet EZJ.L rise 1.1% to 683.8 pence vs a 0.2% gain in FTSE 100 .FTSE  
** Company publishes scheme document for its £5.7 billion ($7.54 billion) takeover by Apollo APO.N, setting shareholder vote for November and reaffirming its expectations to close deal before end of first quarter of FY2027
** YTD, stock up about ~32%, as of last close
