as 14.6% to 247.80 rupees, their highest since April 2018
    ** The defence electronics maker said on Thursday its board
approved issue of warrants convertible into shares worth up to

    ** Co to issue up to 10.1 mln warrants at a price of 183.30
rupees per share
    ** More than 2.8 mln shares traded, 4.6 times their 30-day
