** Shares of Apollo Micro Systems  APLL.NS  up as much as
8.6% to 61.50 rupees
    ** The defence electronics maker on Monday said it proposes
to set up a defence equipment manufacturing facility in
Hyderabad 
    ** Total investment for this upcoming venture is estimated
to be ~1.50 bln rupees ($18 mln)
    ** Over 2.2 mln shares change hands as of 09:55 a.m. IST,
1.5x the 30-day moving avg 
    ** Including day's move, stock has more than doubled so far
this year
