Wall Street's main stock indexes climbed on Tuesday as most heavyweight growth
stocks and chipmakers rose, while investors looked forward to economic data in a
holiday-shortened week to assess the Federal Reserve's policy path.  .N

39,395.24. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.19% at 5,227.97 and the Nasdaq Composite
