premarket
    ** Company forecasts Q2 revenue between $140 mln and $144
mln, vs est $145.3 mln - LSEG
    ** APPN expects Q2 adj loss/shr between 28 cents and 34
cents, vs est of a loss of 29 cents/shr
    ** Company has reported operating loss for each quarter 
since 2019
    ** As of last close, stock down 2.5% YTD
