Applied Nutrition plc, a leading sports nutrition, health and wellness brand,
announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2025
and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have today been sent or otherwise
made available to shareholders and published on the Company's website at:

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1R and DTR 6.3.5, copies of the 2025
Annual Report and the AGM Notice have been submitted to the National Storage

The Group's AGM will take place at 11.00am on Thursday 8 January 2026. The AGM
