APQ Global Limited ("APQ" or the "Company")
Publication of Circular and Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting 
APQ, the emerging markets income company, announces that it has today published a circular (the "Circular") and notice of extraordinary general meeting (the "Extraordinary General Meeting") in connection with a further issue of its existing series of 3.5 per cent. convertible unsecured loan stock 2024 ("CULS"). The Board wishes to have the flexibility to repeat the success of the 20.09 million fundraising through the issue and admission of CULS to the International Securities Market in September 2017 through a further issue of CULS in the future and, accordingly, is seeking authority to disapply the pre-emption rights set out in the Company's articles of incorporation in relation to the grant of rights to convert the CULS into ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. The Extraordinary General Meeting will be held at 10:30 a.m. on 21 December 2017 at 1st Floor, Tudor House, Le Bordage, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1DB, Channel Islands.
