** Shares of drug developer Aprea Therapeutics Inc  APRE.O 
up ~5% to $0.48 premarket
    ** Co says it has dosed first patient in an early- to
mid-stage study of its experimental cancer drug ATRN-119 
    ** ATRN-119 is co's lead program and is being developed for
treatment of solid tumors with a type of gene mutation 
    ** Co says it plans to share preliminary data from the study
throughout the year 
    ** Stock lost ~88% of its value in 2022
