Results of 2025 Annual General Meeting

 

Aptamer Group plc (AIM: APTA), the leading developer of next-generation
synthetic binders delivering innovation to the life science industry,  today
announces that the results of voting on the resolutions put to shareholders at
its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held earlier today at 11:00 am at the
offices of Aptamer Group, Windmill House, Innovation Way, York, YO23 1LR,
all Resolutions were duly passed.

 

Further details of each of the resolutions are set out in the Notice of
Meeting, which was sent to shareholders on 3 November 2025, and the full poll
results will be made available on the Aptamer website later today.
