** Shares of Aptech Ltd APTA.NS rise 2.9% to 149.08 rupees

** Vocational training and learning solutions provider signs memorandum of understanding with an autonomous institute under state government to conduct examination for tenure of 12 months

** Contract size is around 72 mln rupees ($840,464)

** Trading vols at 450,701 shares so far, more than 6x the 30-day average

** APTA down ~18% YTD
