U.S. stock index futures rose on Thursday as heavyweight Tesla surged on strong
results and United Airlines predicted a surprise profit in its current quarter,
boosting shares of other carriers.  .N 
At 9:18 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.68% at 35,317. S&P 500 e-minis  ESc1 
were up 0.87% at 4,494.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 1.17% at
14,169.25.
