Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting

 

 

Further to the publication on 21 March 2024 of the Aptitude Software Group plc
(the "Company") Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023
("2023 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Company announces that it has made
the following documents available to shareholders:

 

 ·         2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM")
 ·         2024 Annual General Meeting Form of Proxy ("Form of Proxy")

 

The Notice of AGM can be found at:

The 2023 Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been
