Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting

 

Further to the publication on 8 April 2026 of the Aptitude Software Group plc
(the "Company") Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025
("2025 Annual Report and Accounts"), the Company announces that it has today
made the 2026 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") available to
shareholders.

The Notice of AGM can be found at:

and Presentations tab of the Investor Relations section of the website.

The 2025 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM have been sent today to
shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies. In compliance with
Listing Rule 9.6.1, these documents will shortly be available for inspection
on the National Storage Mechanism

The AGM will be held at the offices of the Company at 8(th) Floor, 138
