PDMR Transaction

Aptitude Software Group plc (the 'Company') announces that on 2 October 2024
it was notified of the following transaction in the Company's Ordinary 7 1/3p
shares.

The following PDMR was granted an option to buy ordinary shares in the Company
at an option price of £2.74 per share under the terms of the Company's Save
As You Earn Scheme 2016.  The option is subject to a three-year saving
contract.
