$3.71 after H.C. Wainwright starts coverage with "buy" 
    ** Brokerage says the company is ushering in an
environmentally friendly recycling era for lead and other metals
    ** The lead recycling solution could be transformational to
the lead acid battery industry - H.C. Wainwright 
    ** Adds Aqua Metals has had several positive developments in
the last twelve months and brokerage says that supports the path
to commercialization; sets PT of $8, which implies an upside of
126% to stock's last close
    ** AQMS is up 18% YTD
