AquaBounty Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AQB; AIM: ABTU), a biotechnology company focused on enhancing productivity in the aquaculture market and a majority-owned subsidiary of Intrexon Corporation (NYSE: XON), announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held yesterday, all resolutions were duly passed, including the resolution relating to the delisting of the Company's common shares from trading on AIM. The Company confirms that the date of AIM cancellation will be 31 May 2017. The Company's common shares will continue to trade on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol AQB.
