Oct 29 (Reuters) - Aqualis ASA  AQUA.OL : 
    * Tycoon Industrier AS, a company controlled by Øystein Stray Spetalen, sold 10,000  
shares at 6 Norwegian crowns per share 
    * Ferncliff Listed DAI AS, a company controlled by Øystein Stray Spetalen, sold 843,310  
shares at NOK 6 per share 
    * Strata Marine & Offshore AS, a company controlled by Øystein Stray Spetalen, sold 
2,146,690 shares at NOK 6 per share 
    * Strata has undertaken a customary lock-up for its remaining holding of 3,304,283 shares in 
Aqualis ASA lasting until 28 January 2016 
    * After the transactions Øystein Stray Spetalen and associated companies hold 3,304,283 
shares in Aqualis ASA corresponding to 7.60 percent of the outstanding shares
