    * Results of open market tender offer  
    * Has agreed to repurchase a total of 1.2 million shares, representing about 2.8 percent of 
its common shares and votes, at a price of 2.50 Norwegian crowns per share 
    * Total purchase price is about 3.0 million crowns ($346,765)
