* Q2 EBIT loss $21,000 versus profit $294,000 year ago
* Q2 total revenues and other income $11.4 million versus
$6.9 million year ago
* Revenues expected in Q3 2015 will be down slightly as a
result of effects of seasonal conditions associated with SW
Monsoon Offshore India which precludes any rig moving operations
