** Shares of drugmaker Aquestive Therapeutics Inc  AQST.O 
rise ~6% to 95 cents before the bell 
    ** Co says a U.S. District Court has dismissed all claims
against co in the suboxone antitrust lawsuit  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX6G1zsL
    ** Co had been named a defendant alongside Indivior Inc in
an antitrust lawsuit brought by a group of states related to the
opioid addiction medicine, Suboxone 
    ** AQST also says it is preparing for an upcoming meeting
with the U.S. health regulator for its lead program, AQST-109,
for the treatment of severe allergic reactions
    ** As of last close, AQST down ~77% YTD
