Wall Street's main indexes rose for the first time in six sessions on Tuesday,
with megacap growth stocks doing most of the heavy lifting following a bruising
selloff on worries of a rate-hike induced economic slowdown.  .N 
    At 12:30 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was down 0.61% at
29,083.11. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.51% at 3,636.53 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.27% at 10,773.545.
