Exchange rate for the fourth interim dividend for the year ending 31 December
2023

 

Aquila European Renewables plc ("AER" or "the Company") announces that the
GBP:EUR exchange rate for the fourth interim dividend for the year ending 31
December 2023 of 1.3775 cents per Ordinary share, previously announced on 6
February 2024 has been set at 1.1673.  The sterling equivalent dividend
payable is 1.1801p per Ordinary share. The dividend will be paid on 18 March
2024 to Shareholders who appeared on the register on 16 February 2024.  The
Company's Ordinary shares were marked ex-dividend on 15 February 2024.
