Update on Joint Venture

 

Aquis Exchange PLC (AQX.L), the creator and facilitator of next-generation
financial markets, announces that following exploration of a potential bid for
the provision of the European equities consolidated tape, the joint venture
behind SimpliCT has decided not to pursue the opportunity for
economic reasons.
