Director/PDMR Notification

and

Issue of Options

 

Aquis Exchange PLC (AQX.L, AQX.PL), the exchange services group, announces
that on 30 June 2022 it issued 10,449 options ("Options") over the Company's
ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to Richard Fisher, Chief
Financial Officer of the Company, under the Company's restricted share plan.

 

The options granted to Richard Fisher under the restricted share plan are
exercisable at nominal value of 10 pence. These options will vest on the third
anniversary of the date of issue with a further holding period of two years
and expire ten years from the date of issue. Vesting will be subject to
underpin tests assessed by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee as
detailed in the Company's 2021 Annual Report.
