Director's Dealings

 

Cardiogeni (AQSE: CGNI), a UK clinical stage biotechnology company founded by
2007 Nobel Laureate Sir Martin Evans to advance novel heart failure medicines
through human trials, announces that Ajan Reginald, Director of Cardiogeni has
purchased a total of 12,001 ordinary shares of the Company, the details of
which are set out in the notification below.

 

Following the purchase, Ajan Reginald's will hold 18,871,851 ordinary shares
representing 22.11% of Cardiogeni's issued share capital.

 

The directors of Cardiogeni accept responsibility for this announcement.
