Therefore, on 25 March 2025, the CMA served an initial enforcement order under section 72(2) of the Enterprise Act 2002 on Aramark, Aramark Investments Limited, Aramark Limited and Entier Limited in relation to the acquisition by Aramark Limited of Entier Limited.
