** Shares of Aravive Inc  ARAV.O  fall ~75% to 31 cents
after the bell 
    ** Co says its drug batiraxcept failed to meet main goal in
study of patients with a type of ovarian cancer
    ** The drug failed to meet its primary goal of extending
overall survival without the disease worsening
    ** Company said it will continue to evaluate the complete
dataset and determine next steps in the development of
batiraxcept 
    ** Up to last close, stock down ~4% YTD
