* A planned move of Arbonia's aluminium and wood windows
business
to Germany from Switzerland is facing a 12-month delay, though
the situation is improving, Chief Executive Alexander von
Witzleben told newspaper Finanz und Wirtschaft in an interview.
* "We wanted to do too much at once," von Witzleben said. "I
expect that restructuring will be done at the end of this year.
After that, we'll have Europe's most advanced production
facility for aluminium and wood windows"
* He said his "gut feeling" is that Germany's construction
sector
is overheated and could soon weaken
* He also said his company is on track to return to paying a
dividend in 2018, after the board decided against it for last
year
