$14.17 premarket
    ** Co is set to join the S&P Small Cap 600 index  .SPCY  on
June 23
    ** Arbor Realty is replacing Ranger Oil Corp, which was
acquired by Canada's Baytex Energy Corp  BTE.N , on the index 
    ** ABR up 1.9% YTD vs 0.4% dip in SPCY
