March 24 (Reuters) - Rubicon Ltd  RBC.NZ : 
 * Arborgen employee litigation concluded 
 * Parties to the litigation have agreed a confidential settlement arrangement 
 * Net financial cost to Rubicon of that settlement is immaterial 
 * Court has dismissed litigation, and vacated in its entirety its prior US$53 
   million order in favour of the plaintiffs 
 * There is no further financial impact from this lawsuit 
 * There will be no further comment on the matter
