to A$0.139, their highest since Nov. 3
    ** The tech-enhanced seedling provider says entered into
agreement with Paris-based Vallourec SA  VLLP.PA   urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2HW1BZ
    ** ARB gets exclusive rights to develop and commercialise
VLLP's genetically improved eucalyptus clones in Brazil 
    ** Says partnership will expand products co can offer it's
customers as well as allow it to expand into new markets in
Brazil
    ** ~460,090 shares changed hands vs 30-day average volume of
~431,393
    ** Stock down 30.0% this year, as of last close
