At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.42% at 50,572.16. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 1.16% at 7,319.95, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 2.08% at 25,390.87.
