** Document solutions provider's shares  ARC.N  up 15.53% at
$1.19 premarket
    ** Co says it expects a significant rise in its Q3 sales and
earnings with continuing strength in cash flow from operations  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nACS96tBfa
    ** ARC expects to report Q3 revenue in excess of $70 mln and
adjusted EBITDA to be more than $12 mln, beating its
year-over-year performance and exceeding its second-quarter
performance by more than a million dollars
    ** Co's management also plans to reinstate dividends and
share repurchases 
    ** Stock down 25.90% YTD
