BEIJING, Nov 6 (Reuters) - China will ensure foreign firms have equal access to government procurement, Vice Commerce Minister Ling Ji said during a roundtable with international businesses in Shanghai on the sidelines of an import expo.
Representatives from dozens of companies including U.S. chipmaker Intel INTC.O, Danish toymaker Lego, Japanese carmaker Nissan 7201.T and the Luxembourg-based steelmaker ArcelorMittal MT.LU attended the event, according to a statement released by the commerce ministry.
China will foster a good business environment and implement a tax incentive programme to attract reinvestment, Ling said.
