** Shares of Australia's Archer Materials  AXE.AX  rise as
much as 9.1% to A$0.84, their highest since Sept 13
    ** The semi-conductor chip firm announces that for the first
time co has used complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor
("CMOS") chip technology to detect quantum information in the CQ

    ** Says use of CMOS technology in semiconductor industry is
expected to continue in the long term and therefore, it is
important to demonstrate the functional incorporation of the CQ
qubit material with CMOS devices
    ** This achievement builds on the considerable progress
