    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday gain since Feb. 23
    ** Chipmaker says co has reduced the size of its biochip
graphene field effect transistor significantly
    ** Adds delivery of the new miniature packaged chips is
anticipated in mid-2024
    ** About 2.4 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 461,610
    ** Stock up 2.6% YTD as of last close
