** Shares of data security firm archTIS Ltd  AR9.AX  climb
as much as 55% to A$0.155, post their biggest intraday pct gain
since July 2, 2020 
    ** AR9 enters into new contract with the Australian
Department of Defence to expand and enhance the existing
deployment of Kojensi  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASX3yRSh4
     ** Kojensi is a security platform to share sensitive and
classified files 
    ** Contract has total value of A$7.03 mln ($4.86 mln) over
two years
    ** Stock hits its highest since June 7
    ** About 1.2 mln shares change hands, vs the 30-day average
volume of ~460,000 shares
    ** Stock down 47.4% this year, as of last close
    ($1 = 1.4478 Australian dollars)
