Australia's archTIS jumps most in nearly 5 months on award of contract

** Shares of archTIS  AR9.AX  gain as much as 24.6% to
A$0.086, best day since Jan 31 if gains hold 
    ** The data security firm says signed an agreement with the
Australian Department of Defence
    ** Agreement to conduct a proof of concept to assist with
modernising their workplace environment
    ** AR9 hits highest level since June 21
    ** Says contact is valued at A$4.06 mln ($2.68 mln)
    ** Stock has fallen 37.3% this year as of last close
