Director/PDMR Shareholding
Arcontech (AIM: ARC), the provider of products and services for real-time financial market data processing and trading, announces that Matthew Jeffs, Chief Executive Officer, has bought 15,000 ordinary shares in Arcontech at a price of 121.66 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Jeffs has a beneficial interest of 925,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 6.90% of the issued share capital.
In addition, Darren Lewis, Head of Development, purchased 1,196 ordinary shares in Arcontech at a price of 121.66 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Lewis has a beneficial interest of 239,177 ordinary shares in the Company representing 1.79% of the issued share capital.
