ARCONTECH GROUP PLC 

("Arcontech" or the "Company")

Trading update

 

Arcontech (AIM: ARC) the provider of products and services for real-time
financial market data processing and trading announces that for the year ended
30 June 2025 revenue and adjusted EBITDA* are expected to be in line with
market expectations. Profit Before Tax is expected to be ahead of market
expectations owing to interest income received on bank deposits.

Financial expectations noted above are preliminary and are subject to year-end
and financial close and audit review processes.

(* adjusted ebitda is defined as operating profit before depreciation,
amortisation, share base payments and releases of historic accruals relating
to administrative expenses)
