U.S. stock index futures climbed on Wednesday, with the spotlight firmly on
Nvidia  NVDA.O  quarterly results due later in the day that could potentially
reignite an artificial intelligence-fuelled rally in megacap growth stocks this

 ESc1  were up 0.21% at 4,408.5, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.17%
