Arcutis rises as FDA approves expanded use of skin disease drug

** Shares of Arcutis Biotherapeutics  ARQT.O  rise 1% to
$10.12 after the bell   
    ** Company says the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has
approved the expanded use of its topical drug to treat mild to
moderate atopic dermatitis in patients, six years of age and
older    
    ** Atopic dermatitis, or eczema, is a chronic disease that
causes inflammation, redness, and irritation of the skin
     ** Says the drug branded Zoryve is expected to be available
by the end of July  
    ** Zoryve is already approved in the U.S. to treat skin
conditions, seborrheic dermatitis and plaque psoriasis  
    ** Up to last close, stock more than tripled YTD
