obligations under those coal supply and purchase agreements
* Ares asia ltd- group recently restructured through a
series of contracts signed and exchanged on 12 december 2016
with the relevant parties
* Approximately us$140,000 are to be repaid to the group
within 90 days of the date of the new contracts
* Ares asia ltd- effect of new contracts is for original
supplier to agree to coal supply arrangement for anticipated
term of approximately 5 years
