** Shares of biotech co Argenica Therapeutics  AGN.AX  rise
as much as 4.5% to A$0.465, post their biggest intraday pct gain
since Jan. 11 
    ** Co says got grant from the Australian government of A$1.2
mln ($829,920) for development of drug to treat traumatic brain
injury
    ** Adds it will work with Australia's Department of
Industry, Science and Resources to finalise grant agreements
    ** AGN down 1.1% YTD, as of last close 
($1 = 1.4459 Australian dollars)
