Corporate Update - Board and UK Adviser Changes

MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd (MGC Pharma, MGC or the Company), a European based
pharmaceutical company specialising in the production and development of
innovative medicines for unmet medical needs, announces the following changes
to the Board and its UK Broker.

 

Mr Daniel Robinson has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the
Company effective immediately. Mr Robinson has over 20 years' experience in a
broad range of corporate roles across stockbroking, corporate advisory,
investor relations and governance. He is an experienced Company Secretary and
Director of both private and listed companies. Additionally, Mr Robinson is a
Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 

Dr Stephen Parker and Dr Ross Walker will be stepping down from the Board to
pursue other opportunities. The Company would like to thank Dr Parker and Dr
Walker for all their contributions throughout their tenure and wish them all
the best in their future endeavours.

 

In addition, CMC Markets UK PLC (CMC) has been appointed as the Company's
joint UK broker with immediate effect. CMC Markets is a UK-based financial
services company that offers online trading in shares, spread betting,
contracts for difference (CFDs) and foreign exchange across world markets. CMC
is headquartered in London, with hubs in Sydney and Singapore. CMC is listed
on the London Stock Exchange and was admitted to the FTSE 250 on 20 June 2016.
