MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd (MGC Pharma, MGC or the Company) advises that in
accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company's Annual General Meeting
is planned to be held on Thursday, 30 November 2023.

The closing date for receipt of nominations for persons wishing to be
considered for election as a director is, 31 October 2023. Any nominations
must be received at the Company's registered office no later than 5:00pm
(AWST) on 24 October 2023.
