** Shares in drug developer argenx ARGX.BR rise about 2.6%
as it plans to continue the development of active ingredient
efgartigimod to phase 3 in adults with primary Sjogren's disease
(SjD)
** The plan comes after the analysis of topline data from
the phase 2, to be presented in detail at a future medical
meeting
** SjD is a chronic dry eyes and mouth autoimmune disorder
which attacks the glands that make moisture
** Positive phase 2 data is a good sing for momentum, KBC
Securities says, noting that SjD is one of the larger
indications in the drug's development pipeline
** "argenx thus enters in close pursuit of J&J's JNJ.N
nipocalimab, which also reported positive SjD Phase 2 data
earlier this year" - KBC
** argenx sits on top of Belgian blue-chip index BEL 20
