Andreas Rialas had purchased 2,941,805 Ordinary Shares at a price of 18.75
pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr Rialas's shareholding
(direct and indirect) is 18,969,950 Ordinary Shares, representing 48.7% of the
Company's issued share capital.
